Oscar Nayagan Celebrated his Musical Journey with chennai people

Isai Puyal A R.Rahman an Indian musician who started his career in the early 90s has been working in
India’s various film industries, international cinema, and theatre. To celebrate his 25 years of musical
journey he performed at YMCA College of Physical Education Grounds on 12th January 2018. The
concert was titled as Netru Indru Naalai was presented by 7 UP and is an initiative by IIFA Utsavam.He
has won 25 filmfare awards, two Grammy and Academy Awards, a Golden Globe Award and four
national awards. It was a three hours musical treat for all of his fans. He says as the people of Tamil
Nadu are always special and performing before them in his 25th year in the industry is a privilege. Neeti
Mohan, Haricharan, Vijay Prakash and Sid Sriram were also featured.

He performed most of the songs right from Roja to Mersal. Chennai people were so excited and the
crowd happily welcomed him after two years. The audience were on goosebumps listening to all his
songs. The highlight of the show was that it was not only for singers but even the musicians were given a
chance to perform before the crowd at the end of the show.
